Hey everyone.
I ran advanced system care and driver booster on my computer, and when I rebooted, I found that my laptop was bouncing back to the welcome screen before even accessing the lock screen. What do I do?
Thanks in advance for all help!

Hello @DanishGuyFromD
Welcome to the HP Support Community.Thank you for posting.
The only option that may help you get back and running is if System Restore is ON.
- Try "turning back time" by using System Restore in Windows
- Please, shutdown the computer using the power button (pressed and hold for a few seconds until PC powers off)
- Power the computer back on.
As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap) before any logo appears. This should open a HP Startup Menu >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
- Choose F11 for System Recovery options.
The computer should boot from it's recovery partition to open you various recovery options. Note, that F11 option will only work if the recovery partition is there (not deleted) and intact. From there, you have prenty of options to choose from. Every HP computer comes with recovery partition present to assist in tough moments.
Please, perform "System Restore" first in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous days (restore point) where the issue was not present. Here is more info:

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. Provide your feedback/reply.

Thanks for the quick answer!
Sorry forgot to tell. I already tried, but here I meet an error telling me that system recovery failed, and it asks me to restart my computer and if that doesn´t work too fix hardware or software problems on my computer.

Do you mean System Restore or System Recovery ?
Make note that there is major difference between then despite the name/meaning.

Hello again.
I mean system recovery (F11). I press F11 after I´ve pressed ESC multiple times. It loads up a silver screen, where I guess some text would appear. This error message is shown instead, and it happens every single time I do this.

Hello @DanishGuyFromD
The picture you attached above is from Windows 7 or earlier, not Windows 10.
In your initial post you have posted you use Windows 10.
Could you confirm the operating system ?
If Windows 10, let me know.
If Windows 7, try pressing/hitting repeatedly the F8 button in attempt try to open Advanced boot options menu.
Then use the keyboard and select "Last Known Good Configuration". Press/hit ENTER to start the PC in this mode. Let me know if you managed to do it.

The idea was to boot in last known good configuration, no Safe Mode but Safe Mode is limited to no internet and is one time boot only. Last known good configuration is similar to System Restore and will restore your system to previous configuration.
Safe Mode will only boot you to a special mode once.
So, I gather it is Windows 7 ?

Hey again.
Safe booting didn´t work and I had nothing to boot back on. My computer didn´t contain any importance, so I just simply booted it back to the very beginning. Thanks for all the help. I´ll see if it works and reply back as soon as I know.
