Product: Hp Notebook -15-ac121dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is only charging when it's off or in sleep mode. When it is on, the computer acts as if it were completely charged and it has the white light on next to the power port which should mean that is fully charged but is not. 

I changed the battery around 2 years ago, so it does not have its original battery installed anymore.
