Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was in the middle of system restore when it shut off now its stuck safe mode doesn't work or restore doesnt work, please help me fix this I dont have a disc to reinstall anything, is there anything I can do in command prompt?

Hi,

What you can do is download the media creation tool on another PC and run to create a bootable USB drive with the OS on it. Next, use the drive to reinstall the latest version of Windows 10 on the PC. You do not need product key, as it is in the firmware.

Once installed let it completely update. You can go into Settings and see once it is completely updated.

You can then install HP support assistant for drivers and more
