My homescreen is frozen. The keys are not responding as well

My homescreen will not budge . It's frozen and the keys are not responding either! Help!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing, and you are unable to boot.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  1. Turn off the computer.
  2. Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.
  3. Disconnect the AC power adapter and remove the battery.
  4. Press and hold the power button for at least 7 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the AC power adapter, but do not connect the battery.
  6. Turn on the computer.
