My laptop was fully working last night and today it wont power up or charge

Let's try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi My device was purchased in November 2019 so is 3 months old and I have taken it back to Dixons as both HP and Dixons quoted 7+ days to repair the motherboard and HP didn't even tell me when someone would pick it up which I think is useless and extremely frustrating.
Good to have whatsapp support though!
