Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I am trying to open the HP it appears the blank and just shows the HP in the middle of the window and in the in the left side it up or just press leather ESC to start up a menu and when I press that it shows me options and then continueTo start up but it doesn’t work .can not  reach to my laptop

That is the default HP Startup Menu and it usually has an option to proceed to Windows -- and if that is not working, then something is wrong with Windows or the drive.

 

When you see the menu again, press F2 to run diagnostics and report back here what it finds.
