Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have updated bios last night. After update my laptop is not booting. Fan and power lights are working but it's not booting.

Please help me on this issue.

I understand that your computer is not booting after updating the BIOS, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

 

Recommend you to try rolling back the BIOS. Follow the steps below. 

Do a power reset, click here for assistance. 

Turn the computer ON while holding the Win + B key. (hold these 2 keys for more than 10 seconds, let go of the power button alone)

If rolling back BIOS does not work. 

Please contact our phone support for the service options. 

You can also refer to articles below.

Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested steps. If the issue persists after trying BIOS recovery, please contact our phone support to check on the service options available for your computer.
