Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx
  • Woke up to an error message that the computer message that computer was shut down for to thermal issue. Then it wouldn't start. Ran all the tests and nothing wrong. Now it's stuck on black screen with "f11 system recovery" at the bottom left

If it won't start then how are you able to run the tests?
