My hp laptop motherboard is burned out. That is second motherboard.

My laptop is not booting.  I took it to authorized repair center, they told me its motherboard is burned and they did not have parts to repair it. That is second time I'm having motherboard burned with same laptop. Please let me know how it can be repaired. I don't have warranty.
