Hi,

There could be a problem with the hard drive. Try performing HP hardware diagnostics at boot and see if there are any failures.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

Naturally you could upgrade the PC with a M2 PCIe NVMe SSD and add another 4GB of RAM which would give an amazing boost to the performance of the PC. Let me know if you need any help with such an upgrade.

Let me know,

David

What should I do? Additional 4 GB Ram use or SSD ..... customer care executive prefer to additional 4GB ram installation.
