Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My hp x360 in not powering on and capslock led light is white with 3 long blinks and 2 short blinks. Please support

Seems like its a memory issue:

You might have to open up the laptop and check if the memory is soldered to the motherboard. If not, try reseating it in the socket.
