My lappi has approx 80% battery when shut down but after few days when i turned it on it was 0. It happens all the time. Laptop doesnt even open without connecting the charger. Kindly solve the problem or repair.

We have no way to repair your laptop, nor do we have a way to arrange for such a repair.  For that, you have to contact HP Customer Service:
