My laptop 15-ce008nw boot very long time, after 2 min. start Windows and than works well. When the laptop stats up an I turn on Boot Menu after 2 min. show a list with my disk and several dozen items (USB Drive (UEFI) - Hard drive) as in the picture. How to delete these (USB Drive (UEFI) - Hard drive)

As far as I know, you can't -- as these are added to the UEFI boot settings automatically by the boot devices the firmware detects. You can try unplugging all the USB devices to see if that shrinks down the list.
There is a product out there known as EFI Boot Editor and it allows you to edit the UEFI boot settings -- but if you make a mistake doing that, you could render your device unbootable and we here will be unable to help you in fixing that.

It would have been helpful if you had stated which OS is installed.
Use the Startup Apps in system settings to find out which app is causing the slow startup.
There may be an app you are not familiar with in there from something you inadvertently clicked on that is causing the problem.
Look very closely at the source of all the apps in the startup list.
