2016 HP Stream 11
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I didn't know windows and laptop makers had started hardwiring Win 10 into the BIOS and Firmware of new laptops.  And this resulted in bricking the laptop when I tried my darnedest to take it off.  At this point I just want to be able to use it, if possible, since the seller was no help and would neither help me fix it nor return it.  Who can I send it to, to fix it, preferrably by mail, or how can it be repaired?
