The laptop was repaired after a recent hard drive failure. The day after I got it back I tried to install Windows 10. It apparently did so, but now when I turn it on it's stuck on a black screen with a blue HP logo in the centre.
I tried a hard reset but the same thing happened.
There is a 3-month warranty after repair.
