Halo. I want to ask about the condition of my laptop because it has never happened before. Previously, I used it to watch movies as usual, and I used it until the battery ran out and the laptop shut down. I then left for a few hours. When I returned, I immediately connected it to the charger and waited before pressing the power button. However, when I pressed the power button, the indicator light did not turn on at all. I've pressed it for 30 seconds with no response, so I kept the laptop connected to the charger for more than 8 hours to see if it would turn on, but it didn't.
Thank u

In some laptops, if you let the battery run down until it dies, it will not recharge. This sounds like what happened to yours.
You only immediate recourse is to go online and order a replacement battery using the part number from the existing one.
If the battery is not easily replaced, then you will have to take the laptop to a repair shop, have them order the battery, and have them replace it -- but if this is one of the newer sealed laptops, this could be quite expensive.
