Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac151dx (ENERGY STAR)

Hey I have an old laptop top that's been displaying a boot error, 3F0, every time I've turned it on. I replaced the hard drive and did both a quick and an extensive diagnostic on the hard drive and both came up 100% good. Ive messed with the bios system stuff too and it still doesn't work. I'm not very handy with computers.
