My laptop just randomly freezes i have reset it to factory defaults still freezes is there anything

Example: Pavilion 6530HP 15-g067cl TouchSmart Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a HP 15-g067cl TouchSmart Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) it literally just freezes and does not respond to anything i have to cold power it down it comes back up works for  a while and freezes i have reset it to the factory default same thing any ideas im about to throw this thing out the window

I would like to help

 

Please run an Extensive Test to confirm the hardware Functionalities

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely

- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.

- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.

- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
