My laptop not turning on

Hp Pavillion split notebook

Please help

My laptop isnt truning on. when i p[ug it in, it shows purple light, then immediately switches to oarange and then white.

i just got the laptop about 4 months ago. Thanks

I am sorry for the issues you experience with your HP computer.


First: Try to remove the battery of your computer. Leave the PC without battery for a few seconds, insert the battery back again and attempt to turn it on. Does this work ?


If the above did not help, try this second -  please, review the 2 HP official interactive article about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:



Last:  If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - since your PC should be with active warranty, please contact HP to notify them:
