Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

four days ago I got a bio update screen on my laptop and I clicked continue and every since then my screen has been blank. I hear the fans turn on and off when I touch the mouse but the screen still remains blank. I did a hard reset , I did the windows + B , I did the f10 and f9 as well . I did all of those about 6 times and still nothing . No LEDS turn on either . What should I do ?

Hello @Chels10

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Do you see boot screen and Windows loading ?

Shutdown notebook

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

(2) Please report your results
