Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My screen has been stuck on Administrator for 2 days. I turn it off and back on and still the same thing. Does anyone know what's going on?

Hi,

 

Are you referring to the windows log-on screen or a power on password screen which appears immediately after powering on?

Its the password screen that appears as soon as I power on. The little loading indicator seems to be trying to load, but the password box never appeared

Hi,

 

Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery.  Hold  down the Power button for 30 seconds.  Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for the moment ), start the notebook - hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.
