HP Recommended

My laptop was working so normal and i shut it down then starting it again the screen went black and only mouse working

Video driver might be the problem.  Try booting into safe mode

If this does not work then 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance.

 

If you can get into safe mode the driver can be repaired or reverted back to earlier working conditions.
