Product: HP15-da0003na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop started but screen is black.Caps lock blinking 3 long and 2 short.Laptop starting,screen is black and not booting.

I restart bios,replace memory but problem remained.

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...

 

While that blink code can mean failure of memory stick(s), if you replace them with know GOOD sticks, then it can also mean motherboard failure -- and that is serious as HP does not do motherboard replacement and does not sell motherboards, and if you even CAN find one, it will be USED and the cost to have it replaced can easily exceed the cost of simply replacing the laptop.
