Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys

My laptop turns on black screen 

caps lock and num lock blinking 3 times

after around 7 sec cpu fan goes full speed 

tried the ram it works on other laptop and tried different ram but still bot working tried reseting cmos battery 

treid hard resset removed ssd and other stuff still not working help pls
