When i plugd in my laptop to ac adaptor it won't light up the charging light,

Ac adaptor is genuine and working,

My pc battery is dead, but i want to work with direct ac power which i am doing for 5 months,

Some day ago my pc turn on and also charging light lights up then i checked component chaking thorough pressing F2 button continuously, it show only battery is not working that i know also,but after work i shut down my pc and unplugged the ac adopter after it properly shutdown next when i try to turn on the pc same problem not even a light in ac adapter. I don't know what is the problem how i fixed it, if any one have any suggestions please help me.

Meanwhile, if the battery test failed, could you share the failure ID with us, so we can decipher the same and help you with exactly what you need to resolve the issue?

Also, please consider performing the below steps as it should help resolve the issue:

 

Let's perform a power reset as per HP standards:

Ensure your laptop is OFF.

Unplug all the external devices (If any).

Disconnect the power charger from the computer, and remove the battery.

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Connect the power supply (power adapter).

Press the power button to turn on your laptop.

Then put your battery back.

I am unable to show you the error code Because my laptop is not turning on.

I have tried the method "ensure the power is off then remove the battery then press the power key for more then 1 minutes then plug the power cable, then try to turn on my laptop"

But no effect.

Not even charging indicator is glowing

Since the Notebook is not even Powering ON please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
