My laptop won't turn on

My hp laptop won't turn on. I have also tried holding the power button for 30 secs and turning it on again still it wont work. Even the led light when i plug the cord in charging point won't light up

The LED light has different colors, indicating the charging level of the laptop.  If it does not even come on, that usually means that the charger has stopped working. If the laptop will not turn on without the charger, that also means that at least the battery is dead.  You would have to replace the battery to see if it then starts.  If it does and the LED light is still dark, you would also have to replace the charger.
