My tablet hp slate 21 cannot open blank

I cannot open my tablet hp slate Nvidia tegra 4 because maybe Im not using in a half month then now I want to open i want to use it but I cannot open only blank I try to do the step power on on volume down hold but still cannot open i buy new adaptor still cannot open pls help to fix  it thank you in advance🙂

Thank you for reaching us out. We're glad to assist you.

Step 1:
Plug in the charger (Official charger that is designed for this tablet).
Leave it charging for at least 30–60 minutes — even if the screen stays black.
After 1 hour, press and hold Power button for 30 seconds.
Wait 10 seconds, then press Power again normally.

Step 2:

Try a key combination :
Method 1: (Reset)
Hold Power + Volume UP for 15 seconds and release.
Press Power normally

Method 2: (Boot Menu)
Hold Power + Volume DOWN together
Keep holding 15–20 seconds.
