IT does not give any blink or sound when you press start button.

I have press power button for 1 min and take the battery off and press the power button 1 min

it does not do anything

still dead.

I recommend you post your question on the Lenovo Thinkpad support forum, because Thinkpads are made by Lenovo, not HP.
