Product: Example: Pavilion 15cs 1000tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WHEN I TRIED TO PRESS ESCAPE REPEATEDLY AFTER POWER ON , A BLANK SCREEN WITH ESC PAUSE STARTUP  FOR A LONG TIME I AM NOT GOING TO SEE ANYTHING , AND ALL THE FUNCTION KEYS WHILE RESTARTING NOT WORKING. I AM NOT GOING TO BOIS AND REINSTALLING WINDOWS IS NOT POSSIBLE ON MY LAPTOP.
