Need To Reset BIOS Password

@Donnie167

For that model and (HEX) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your Master code from your “SYSTEM DISABLED CODE”

Phone >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

I have also heard that some have had success removing the RTC/BIOS battery???

I went ahead and disassembled the laptop,  removed the cmos battery from the motherboard for about 30 mins, and the laptop booted successfully.

Thanks!!
