Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a problem with EliteBook 2570p notebook. After installing the new 2x8Gb RAM, strange lags appeared in Windows. At the same time, memtest86 tests are carried out normally. If I return the old 2x2Gb RAM, then everything becomes normal. When trying to update the BIOS, requires a password. Unfortunately, BIOS password has long been forgotten. Is there an opportunity to reset it?
