Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I"m trying to access my new computer's bios to mess with the memory settings but it is asking me for a password.  I just bought this computer and never set a password.. i tried leaving it blank or putting admin/administrator and nothign works.. the error code i get is SN:[edited]

it also says i can use a usb for recovery which I don't have.

Please help me thank you!
