New HP laptop frozen

HP Recommended
Example: Envy 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I just started using my PC today. The fan was really noisy, so I decided to restart it, on doing so, a BIOS update was suggested which I clicked to do. I left the laptop for a while, it restarted but showed an unresponsive login page, so I power cycled it. Since then the laptop has become unresponsive. I have powered it on, the onscreen shows but the app were not responding. I managed to get the power button to respond but for more than 30mins, the laptop has been restarting... I really do not know what to do now
