I recently bought a hp pavilion 14 dv0543tu
A week ago , after week of usage , everything was going normal , but since last day I experiencing a slower boot time while startup and shutdown , previously it was way faster, everything is up to date from system updates to driver updates from hp support assistant.
And I have tried uninstalling apps
Disabling start-up apps but they are no good.

You have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to be checked by taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
