New Pavillion X360 accidentally shut down during initial setup

HP Pavilion x360 11-k128ca
I was doing the initial setup for my new X360 pavilion when I left it unattended for 5 mins. When I left it, it was just past the part where it asked it I wanted to enable location. During the 5 mins it was unattended, my little brother picked up the computer and accidentally turned it off. He told me he promptly turned it back on, and now the laptop has just been circling for 3 hours. All I see is the name I gave the computer, an outline of a person in white on a grey circle, and just dots buffering around and around in a circle. Sometimes the screen flashes black, and it goes back to the screen I just described. Should I be worried that my bothersome sibling messed up the setup?
