Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp2000 (6Z603AV)

Can anyone help?

 

New laptop - literally just out packaging - plugged in and the screen is black.

 

It's plugged in and I can hear the Windows jingle but screen is dead

 

No idea what if anything to do and nobody from hp around till Monday - any advice gratefully received!
