Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3 Notebook PC

Hi

 

I purchased a 2nd hand laptop and installed Windows etc. All was working well until it required a restart, which I did. After restarting it wanted a new password - but to change the password it needs to old password which I don't have. How do I unlock it?
