No Power....again.....

HP Recommended

Ok so I am again having a no power issue with this has a brand new battery, which I bought and solved the issue the first time...but now again today it will not even attempt to start. Charging light shows battery is fully I am puzzled. Would it be possible this battery has failed already. Any assistance would be appreciated!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried without battery only with Ac adapter?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it:
  • What is the operating system?
