What happened when you press F2 and ran disk diagnostics: did the drive pass the test?

If it failed drive diagnostics then you need to replace it

If diagnostics passed then the drive may have corrupted files and can be repaired.

If you go to this site and put in your serial number I suspect two drives will show up

One is a HDD data drive the other is the SSD boot drive..  If the boot drive is Defective you need to replace it and reinstall your factory software

Hard drive passed the test. And even the laptop gets fixed, but after some  hours , the problem comes back again . Annoying

Could be overheating.

CPU & GPU can be be checked

You might be able to check for GPU/CPU temperature problems using this tool (GPU-Z) and selecting 'sensors'

The m.2 drive or any sata hdd can also be checked for too high a temperature.

Use the free version here

It can provide more diagnostics than the HP or Microsoft.
