No bootable device

Idk what happened but my laptop won't start up ever since it forced me to update to win10 but then told me not enough room and the laptop was brand new, so ive had it since win 10 came out but never been able to use it , why is it not working anyone anyone bueller bueller? I have a viking tablet and and some usb thumbdrives is there anyway to down load something off my tablet to the thumb drive and then put it onto my laptop? I know nothing about computers so please step by step with baby steps

What you can do is to create a bootable pendrive with the OS on it. You will need another PC where you can download the media creation tool from Microsoft and run to create the USB. There is an explanation on the <Microsoft page

You will then boot the PC from the USB drive and then clean install the OS on the notebook. During the installation procedure choose custom install and delete all partitions. Install in unallocated space.

After installation completely update the PC and Windows will find the necessary drivers.
