Hi hope some one can help, last night I removed the back cover and removed the fan, cleaned it, fitted it back, replaced cover and now it will not turn on, does not even know the charger is plugged in as no light on side,
Note, I did not remove anything else but the single fan.
Someone help me please, I have tried the remove battery and hold power button method, but still nothing at all, totally dead.

@Jsmithwby, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It seems like your HP Pavilion laptop isn't turning on after cleaning the fan.
First, double-check that the charger is securely plugged in and the power outlet is working. If the battery is removable, make sure it’s properly reconnected.
Try performing a hard reset by removing the battery (if removable), holding the power button for 30 seconds, and then reconnecting the charger.
Check if the fan and any other components, like the RAM, are properly reconnected. If the laptop seems to turn on but the screen is blank, try connecting an external display.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue
