No login page

PAVILION x360

I cannot get the login screen. It seems to be frozen with just the background picture. I manually shut it down using the power button as it wouldn’t allow me to use ctrl alt delete. I waited about 5 min and turned it back on but it’s still doing the same thing. This was yesterday. Again I turned it off. Trying to use it today and the login screen came on after about 20 min waiting. I logged in but it did nothing. Now it’s a black screen and i can move my mouse but nothing else’s happens.
