HI @Shan995,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy laptop (13-ba1000) is not turning on or charging after a shutdown, and you've already replaced the battery with an original one, there might be other underlying issues causing this problem. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

1. Power Reset

A power reset can help drain any residual power that might be causing the issue.

Disconnect Power Sources:

  • Unplug the charger from the laptop.
  • If possible, remove the battery from the laptop.

Hold Power Button:

  • Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.

Reconnect Power:

  • Reinsert the battery (if it was removed).
  • Plug the charger back into the laptop.

Attempt to Power On:

  • Press the power button to see if the laptop turns on.

2. Check Charger and Charging Port

Verify Charger Functionality:

  • Ensure the charger is functioning correctly. Try using a different charger if available.

Inspect Charging Port:

  • Check the laptop’s charging port for any visible damage or debris. Clean the port gently with compressed air if needed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
