HP Recommended

Hp laptop serial [personal info removed] doesn't boot up but shows signs of life. Fans whirl and hard drive makes a sound, but nothing comes up to screen. Unplugged power supply and held down power button and got one beep, 1 short white, 1 long red. From what a quick search got me this is a bios related issue. If anyone has any suggestions for a fix I would appreciate the input. Thanks.

Unfortunately that one long and one short does not show up in any document currently available.  From looking around on other posts, it appears to be a memory problem:

 

Take all good memory out clean them blow the dust out of the system put them back in one at a time and see if it works
