I'd like to set up "Restore on AC/Power Loss" on this 6730b laptop, but the Bios menu (a clikcable one - see joined pictures) has no power menu on it. Actually this Bios allows much less customisation than the usual Bios menu does. Is there any way to get the usual Bios on this laptop or any way to get that power menu so I can setup "Restore on AC/Power Loss"? Thanks!

Sorry but you will not find that option on most laptops.

Because of the battery on laptops the battery will kick in if power is lost.

Almost all desktops/servers have that option because when they lose power they just die.

The desktop/server can be standalone and it will reboot itself.

Oh, that it's so bad! The laptop batery also dies after a while.

Any idea please if there is any desktop Bios compatible to be installed on this laptop? Thanks!

Sorry @livanel but I have never heard of any BIOS that could do that.
