Product: Hp stream 11

My hp stream 11 won’t charge.  The light by adaptor just blinks and nothing happens when I try to power it on.  It is only 6 months old so I don’t think it is battery.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the notebook?

And the operating system of the computer?

 

However, I suggest you perform a Power reset on the computer using this link: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c01684768

 

Then, perform a BIOS restore on the notebook using this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833
