Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq105dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ran various diagnostic options.  Tried USB boot option.  It was not able to install the OS. Error out. Not able to perform any repair activity Like,  Restore, repair, recovery UEFI.

Performed 

3F0 Boot Device Not Found or Hard Disk Error
 

Received 24 digit failure code when performing hard disk test.

 

SMART Check : Passed

Short DST : FAILED

 

Not able to see below option.

 

System Configuration > UEFI HII Configuration

 

Not able to boot the laptop.

You could provide us the 24-character code but in the case of disk failures that does not tell us any more than you already know -- the disk has failed.

 

It can not be repaired; it must be replaced.

 

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
