Not able to see the legacy option in my boot settings how do I set up the network or boot the laptop

Sorry, but I fail to see how you need the Legacy option to do network setup or simply boot the laptop. 

 

Please explain what it is you are really trying to do.

OK, so I see from the screenshot that you are wanting to boot from a USB stick, so that kind of explains the secure boot issue -- but on some PCs, there simply is no legacy boot option.

 

Also, if you are struggling with making network changes, then you need to start a new thread in the Notebooks -- Wireless and Networking section about that.
