Notebook, Black screen with HP Logo

HP Recommended
hp core i5 10th GEN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i turn on the computer, a black screen appears with the HP symbol intermittently, that is, it appears and disappears. All the tests were done and all the update and recovery of the Bios were tried and it continues to give  the same problem. The new notebook has 36 days of use
