Notebook HP - 15-ay010nl - i5 - amd radeon

Notebook HP - 15-ay010nl - i5 - amd radeon HARD DISK VERY NOISY AND ABNORMAL BATTERY FAST DISCHARGE

Product Name: HP - 15ay010nl - i5- amd radeon
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased HP 15-ay010nl from italian franchise store "EURONICS".

Immediately upon starting bootup, I heard the hard-drive making noises like it was constantly reading/writing. Also abnormal "click" hear from the hard-disk side.

I called "EURONICS" the seller and they said that this sound normally and they can exchange the computer.

Is it maybe a bad batch of hard drives in these new computers?

Please HP Support can you help me to solve my problem?

Thanks.

Paolo

As I understand the computer has an excessive noise and the battery drains too quickly,

Don't worry, I have a few suggestions that should help,

For the hard drive, the best thing to do is perform a hardware test: Click here for details.

For the Battery, Perform the below steps:

Unplug the charge and use the laptop until the battery drains to 15%.

Turn off the laptop and turn it back on after 30mins.

Reinstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager,

Restart the computer and the issue should be fixed.

Thank you for the reply, but anyways don't think these are solutions.
